Well I made a trip to a dynojet dyno in town today.
Pulled 217 hp at 8100 and 157 ft-lbs at 6300.
Although I didn't have a wideband o2 sensor, playing with the cartech and the v-afc showed I was running really rich, although I don't know exactly how rich.
I'm using the RC 310 injectors, and have backed the cartech all the way out (low rise rate), and am even taking out a little fuel with the v-afc 2-5% out on top, at different RPM points.
The car feels very strong, and although it's not the 220 I was hoping for, with 10 degrees timing and no water injection, it isn't bad though. I focused on mid range torque for autocross, rather that highend power too, but the results are still good.
The last dyno run I had last fall was with 12 degrees timing at 6psi, stock fuel system, and stock cat and header. I had 202 hp and max torque of 143 then.
I couldn't scan the dyno run, but here is a photo.
The two runs shown here are my baseline before removing all that fuel, and tuning the cartech fmu and fuel. I also move the timing from 8 to 10. VTEC point is set at 4100.

hey lund,thats sounds good,im hitting 215 hp.
i wanted to ask you a question:
when you hooked up the v-afc,what does your pressure show at idle in MONITOR mode, and what voltage are you getting in the SENSOR CHECK MODE,because i think my unit is defective and im getting the wrong readings.
thanks alot if you could check this out and tell me.
oh,and 1 more thing,im adding fuel up the kazoo, approx +50 from 6000 up,and this is with 310 rc's,and i still need more fuel up top.well thanks again if you can help.

Well I'll check the pressure and let you know. Drop me an email to remind me if you don't here from me.
Also I don't think you can add fuel, the pressure switch and enrichment if working, is already opening it up all they way. But you can take fuel out. What is your cartech set at, what is your full boost pressure?

Wonder why the line is so jagged.

Was told by the old local dynojet operator that the jagged parts are detonation/misfiring.

The graph is not smoothed. My J&S detected no detonation on this run, on others you could see it much worse.
If there is a problem, I don't know about it, but it's not detonation here, just a rough graph not smoothed.

lund,i heard the same thing about the jagged lines on the dyno, they told me its probably detonation,my dyno runs are pretty smooth,i would check into it if i were you.
also drop me an email on the info,or better yet, post it on the board so everyone can propser from it. thanks alot lund.oh, im actually hitting 10 psi everytime.

I only hit 9 psi max, but then it's very hot and humid.
About he jagged lines. The print out looks more jagged than the screen does, and it looks better than the smooted version, which this one is not. I was there with a couple of guys, and they didn't say anything about it. I know it's not detonation.

SC Hybrid, what pulley are you using? if it's the 3.8 you're still 8 PSI. When you say 10-11 PSI you're going to confuse everyone into thinking you have a different pulley unless you really do.

At least it work for you lundgren.
Now I wonder what it would have done for my old GSR.
